Outbound links take you to the auction house's own website. Any bid, purchase, or contract is solely between you and that auction house. We are not a party to those transactions and receive no commission on sales.
Use of HORSERADAR is at your own risk and the service is provided 'as is', without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on aggregated data, missed sales, or third-party site availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may use HORSERADAR for personal, non-commercial horse discovery. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, resale of our aggregated data, circumventing free-tier limits, and probing or disrupting the service are not permitted. We may restrict access that harms the service or other visitors.
The free tier currently includes a monthly outbound-click quota; quotas and features may change while the service is in its early phase. Descriptions of possible premium features are not a binding offer. Any advertising is clearly labelled as such ('Partner', 'Featured'); if you believe an ad or listing shown here is unlawful, report it to hello@horseradar.nl and we will review it. Applicable law: the law of the Netherlands, with disputes subject to the competent Dutch court.
